Hello, I am the protagonist of this story, and I am someone who has stepped out of ordinariness one step at a time.
今天写下这些文字，是希望你能真正认识我、了解我。因为我坚信，我能为你、为你的团队、为你的家庭和事业，带来实实在在的改变。
I am writing these words today in the hope that you can truly get to know and understand me. This is because I firmly believe that I can bring tangible changes to you, your team, your family, and your career.
我的人生拐点 | The Turning Point of My Life
我出身平凡，年轻时还做过歌手，在舞台上追逐过聚光灯下的梦。那时候的我，和大多数人一样，迷茫过、挣扎过，不知道未来究竟通向何方。
I came from an ordinary background and worked as a singer in my younger years, chasing dreams under the spotlight. Back then, like most people, I felt lost and struggled, unsure of where the future would lead.
真正改变我人生的拐点，发生在2007年。
The true turning point that changed my life occurred in 2007.
那一年，我第一次接触到NLP课程。坦白说，当时我并不知道这会给我带来什么。但学习之后，我震惊了——这哪里只是一门心理学课程？它分明是一套关于自我成长、关于沟通、关于信念、关于心态、关于情绪管理的完整体系。它像一把万能钥匙，打开了我人生中一扇又一扇紧闭的门。
That year, I was introduced to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for the first time. To be honest, I had no idea what it would bring me at the time. But after studying it, I was stunned—this was far more than just a psychology course; it was clearly a complete system for personal growth, communication, belief, mindset, and emotional management.
It acted like a universal key, opening one closed door after another in my life.
我称之为”万金油”，因为它真的都能解决很多问题。沟通问题、信念问题、心态问题、情绪问题，乃至目标管理、迈向卓越……NLP让我第一次意识到：人是可以改变的，而且可以变得更好。
I call it a “universal key” because it truly solves so many problems. From communication and beliefs to mindset and emotions, and even goal management and the journey toward excellence… NLP made me realize for the first time that people can change, and more importantly, they can become better.
与此同时，我也爱上了中华传统文化并深入学习。儒释道的智慧博大精深，越学越觉得自己的渺小，也越学越觉得，西方心理学和东方智慧之间，有着奇妙的呼应和互补。
At the same time, I fell in love with and deeply studied traditional Chinese culture. The wisdom of Confucianism,
Buddhism, and Taoism is profound and vast. The more I learned, the more I realized my own insignificance, yet I also saw the wonderful resonance and complementarity between Western psychology and Eastern wisdom.
于是，我把两者融合在一起，创立了东方NLP。
Consequently, I integrated the two and founded Eastern NLP.
这成了我人生的第一个核心标签。
This became the first core label of my life.
二十年实战：从底层到领袖 | Twenty Years of Practice: From the Ground Up to Leadership
我的第二个核心标签，是组织营销实战赋能总教练。 My second core label is Chief Practical Empowerment Coach for Organizational Marketing.
过去二十年，我一直深耕在组织营销这个领域。说白了，就是直销、新零售、保险这类团队模式的实战。 For the past twenty years, I have been deeply rooted in the field of organizational marketing. Simply put, this involves practical experience in team-based models such as direct sales, new retail, and insurance.
我不是理论派，我是从最底层的经销商做起，一步一步，摸爬滚打，走到了最高阶领袖的位置。我亲手带出过超过10万人的团队。这个数字背后，是无数个日夜的实战、复盘、挫折、突破，也是我陪伴团队伙伴一起哭、一起笑、一起扛过来的真实历程。
I am not a mere theorist; I started as a front-line distributor and worked my way up, step by step, clawed my way through every challenge, to the position of a top-tier leader. I personally led a team of over 100,000 people. Behind this number are countless days and nights of practice, review, setbacks, and breakthroughs—it is an authentic journey of crying, laughing, and persevering alongside my team partners.
这二十年里，我把东方NLP智慧用在了团队管理的每一个环节。心态崩了的伙伴，我用课程帮他重建信念；团队起了纠纷，我用沟通技巧化解矛盾；目标模糊了的伙伴，我用目标管理的方法帮他重新聚焦。 During these twenty years, I applied the wisdom of Eastern NLP to every aspect of team management. For partners whose mindsets had crumbled, I used my courses to help them rebuild their beliefs; when team disputes arose, I used communication techniques to resolve conflicts; for partners with blurred goals, I used goal management methods to help them refocus.
效果出奇的好。 The results were surprisingly effective.
好到什么程度呢？我帮助了上千位跟随我的兄弟姐妹，实现了买车买房的梦想。这不是夸张，这是事实。
How effective? I helped thousands of brothers and sisters who followed me realize their dreams of buying cars and homes. This is not an exaggeration; it is a fact.
用脚步丈量世界 | Measuring the World with My Footsteps
理论学得再多，如果没有实践，终究是空中楼阁。同样的，人生格局如果打不开，再大的梦想也会被局限。
No matter how much theory one learns, without practice, it remains a castle in the air. Similarly, if one’s perspective on life is not broadened, even the grandest dreams will be limited.
所以，我完成了一个很多人觉得遥不可及的梦想——环球旅行。
Therefore, I fulfilled a dream that many find out of reach—traveling the world.
而最让我难忘的，是去到了南极。
The most unforgettable part was reaching Antarctica.
这张我在南极的照片，记录的不仅是极地的冰雪与壮丽，更是一个平凡人对世界的好奇与敬畏。站在世界尽头的那个瞬间，我突然觉得，人生真的没有边界，唯一的边界是自己的想象力。
This photo of me in Antarctica records not only the ice and splendor of the polar region but also an ordinary person’s curiosity and awe for the world. At that moment, standing at the end of the world, I suddenly felt that life truly has no boundaries; the only boundary is one’s own imagination.
与世界对话 | Dialoguing with the World
如果说南极是我人生的高度，那么在纽约的经历，就是我人生的宽度。 If Antarctica represents the height of my life, then my experience in New York represents its breadth.
我参加了一个重要的经济论坛，在纽约，我有幸与三位巨头合影——亚伦·格林斯潘、劳伦斯·萨默斯及史蒂夫·福布斯先生。在那场经济论坛中，我看到了世界巅峰的眼界，也更加坚定了深耕中国智慧的决心。那一刻，我站在纽约，站在世界经济的中心，心里却无比平静。因为我知道，所有的光环背后，都是二十年如一日的坚持与积累。
I participated in an important economic forum in New York, where I had the honor of taking a photo with three giants: Mr. Alan Greenspan, Mr. Lawrence Summers, and Mr. Steve Forbes. During that forum, I witnessed a world-class vision, which further strengthened my determination to delve deeper into Chinese wisdom. At that moment, standing in New York—the center of the global economy—my heart was incredibly calm. Because I knew that behind all the glory was twenty years of unwavering persistence and accumulation.
跨界友谊：与明星同场 | Cross-industry Friendships: Sharing the Field with Stars
人生不只是工作和奋斗，还有热爱与松弛。
Life is not just about work and struggle; it is also about passion and relaxation.
我热爱高尔夫。在一次中国、韩国、香港明星高尔夫交流友好赛结束后，我与孙楠、巫启贤分别合影留念。回想早年做歌手时，我经常翻唱他俩的歌曲，没想到如今不仅能和曾经的偶像站在一起合影，还能同场挥杆。人生之缘，竟如此奇妙。
I love golf. After a friendly celebrity golf exchange tournament between China, South Korea, and Hong Kong, I took photos with Sun Nan and Wu Qixian. Recalling my early years as a singer when I often covered their songs, I never imagined that today I would not only stand with my former idols for a photo but also swing my clubs on the same course.
The coincidences of life are truly marvelous
这些跨界相遇，也让我看到了不同领域的精彩，更让我坚定了一个信念：
真正优秀的人，都是相通的——他们都专注、坚持、热爱自己的事业，同时保持开放与善意。
These cross-industry encounters allowed me to see the brilliance of different fields and strengthened my belief:
truly outstanding people share common traits—they are focused, persistent, and passionate about their careers, while remaining open and kind.
向顶尖学习 | Learning from the Masters
在求知的课堂上，有一张照片我非常珍惜。
In the classroom of seeking knowledge, there is one photo I cherish deeply.
那是在广州，我和NLP创始人之一约翰·格瑞德先生合影。那时候我向他请教问题，他耐心地解答，眼睛里闪烁着智慧的光芒。
That was in Guangzhou, where I took a photo with Mr. John Grinder, one of the co-founders of NLP.
At that time, I was asking him questions, and he answered patiently, his eyes sparkling with the light of wisdom.
那一刻，我不是什么创始人，也不是什么总教练，我只是一个渴望精进的学生。因为我始终相信，只有不断向顶尖学习，才能让自己保持顶尖。
At that moment, I wasn’t a founder or a chief coach; I was simply a student eager to improve. Because I always believe that only by constantly learning from the best can one remain at the top.
舞台上的力量 | Power on the Stage
我有两张照片，记录了我在舞台上的样子。 I have two photos that capture me on stage.
一张是在《领袖演说》的课堂。这些追梦的经销商会员，每一双眼睛都在期待。那一刻，我感受到的不是紧张，而是一种使命感。我要把我学到的、做到的、验证过的一切，传递给更多人。
One is from the “Leadership Speech” classroom. Looking at these dream-chasing distributor members, every pair of eyes was filled with expectation. At that moment, what I felt was not nervousness, but a sense of mission.
I wanted to pass on everything I had learned, achieved, and verified to more people.
另一张是给团队伙伴上「觉醒」潜能激励课程。那不是在舞台上表演，而是在课堂里真实地碰撞。伙伴们流泪、拥抱、醒悟、改变……每一次这样的课程结束，我都会收到无数条感谢的信息。那种成就感，比任何荣誉都珍贵。
The other is from the “Awakening” potential incentive course I conducted for my team partners. It wasn’t a performance on stage, but a real collision of ideas in the classroom. Partners cried, embraced, realized, and changed… Every time such a course ended, I would receive countless messages of gratitude. That sense of accomplishment is more precious than any honor.
社会责任：公益路上的坚守 | Social Responsibility: Perseverance on the Path of Public Welfare
人生不止是成功，还有善意。
Life is more than just success; it is also about kindness.
我有一张照片，是去云南彝族贫困家庭帮扶的场景。那是一个偏远的小山村，孩子们光着脚在泥地里跑，眼睛里却闪着光。我们带去了物资，也带去了希望。离开的时候，我们帮扶的家庭女孩的妈妈拉着我的手，用彝语说了很多，虽然我听不懂，但我看懂了她的眼泪。
I have a photo from a scene where I was helping a poor Yi family in Yunnan. It was a remote small mountain village where children ran barefoot in the mud, yet their eyes shone with light. We brought supplies, but we also brought hope. When we left, the mother of the girl in the family we helped held my hand and said a lot in the Yi language. Although I couldn’t understand her words, I understood her tears.
还有一张，是看望广东癌症患者家庭的照片。那些家庭承受着常人难以想象的痛苦，我们能做的有限，但至少让他们知道：这个世界上，还有人记得他们，还有人愿意伸出援手。
There is another photo of me visiting families of cancer patients in Guangdong. Those families endure pain unimaginable to most. What we can do is limited, but at least we let them know: in this world, there are still people who remember them and are willing to lend a helping hand.
做公益不是为了拍照，但拍照是为了记录，也是为了提醒自己：无论走得多远，都不要忘记为什么出发。
Doing charity is not for the sake of taking pictures, but pictures are taken to record and to remind myself: no matter how far I go, I must never forget why I started.
